Scope and integration
PharmaStock is a software application developed to cover the need for drug wholesalers, importers, authorized manufacturers and pharmacies to report daily commercial stocks
and commercial operations with human drugs listed in CANAMED to the Ministry of Health, according to the M.S. Order No. 1345/2016.
It offers a complete and fast solution, providing all necessary functionalities with minimal financial, technical and human resources requirement.
Collecting data from different environments
There are two different ways of collecting the necessary data from existing environment:
- automatically, by connecting to existing applications and taking the necessary information
- manually, from the user interface, by uploading excel files in a custom format
The application will make a data integrity validation on the received information, then pack it in the necessary structure in order to be submitted to the SER web service.
Secure connection and data reporting
By using your Certificate, the application establishes a secure connection to SER web service. and reports the stock and transactions information via the web service for Ministry of Health and ANMDM, receiving and displaying on the interface the final status of the daily report.
Data storage and reporting logs
All sent data is being kept in both original and final format, together with reporting statuses and additional information.
This way you have an internal track of all reported information and a clear proof in case of any data loss.
